Anti-inflammatory Power Juice

3 celery stalks

1 handful of Italian parsley or water cress

1 clove of garlic

1/2 inch piece of ginger

1 kale leaf

2 inch slice of fresh pineapple with peel removed

2 carrots

Wash the above vegetables and put through the juicer. Stir to mix, and serve.
