1/8 t cumin seeds
1/8 t coriander seeds
1/8 t fennel seeds
4 green cardamom pods
Break open the green cardamom pods and place in a cup. Lightly crush the seeds with a mortar and pestle or in a bowl with a spoon. No need to make powder. You just want to break the seed coat. Add the crushed seeds to the cup. Add 1 cup of boiling water and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain and serve with raw honey.
This tea is particularly useful for overcoming gut inflammation, bloating and digestive disturbances.
